First Semester

Fundamentals & Practical Kitchen Training

During the first semester, students study at campus and gain essential knowledge and practical skills related to the housekeeping department. The learning process combines theory with hands-on practice, covering room cleaning and preparation, public area maintenance, housekeeping equipment and supplies, linen and laundry operations, guest service, hygiene and safety standards, and professional workplace procedures.

Developing Workplace Confidence & Discipline

Through this combination of campus learning and industry experience, students develop practical skills, professional attitudes, confidence, and adaptability. The learning environment fosters a strong work ethic, high hygiene awareness, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence in multicultural hotel and cruise ship operations.

Second Semester

Industry Training & Field Experience

In the second semester, students continue their education through industry training at hotels or other hospitality partners. This gives students the opportunity to apply what they have learned on campus in a real working environment.

Under the guidance of experienced industry professionals, students gain valuable experience in daily housekeeping operations, teamwork, guest service, workplace discipline, and professional service standards.
