Food & Beverage Division

The Food & Beverage Division program is designed for students who want to develop a professional career in the hospitality and cruise ship industries, with a strong focus on food and beverage operations, administration, and management. This two-year program provides a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge, practical training, and real industry experience to prepare students for both operational and supervisory roles.

First Year (Semesters 1 & 2)

Campus Education, Operations & Supervisory Foundation

During the first two semesters, students study at campus through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on practice. Students build a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including restaurant and bar service, menu knowledge, guest service, service standards, food and beverage cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and basic financial administration. As students progress, they are also introduced to supervisory and management skills, such as staff coordination, scheduling, quality control, operational planning, and problem-solving.

Second Year (Semesters 3 & 4)

Industry Training & Leadership Development

The following two semesters are dedicated to industry training at hotels, resorts, restaurants, or other hospitality partners. Students have the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills gained on campus in a real working environment.

Through direct experience in food and beverage operations, students develop their ability to manage daily activities, work with professional teams, communicate with guests, and understand the administrative responsibilities involved in running a food and beverage operation.

1-Year Full Placement

Two consecutive semesters of immersive operational and supervisory placement in 4/5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or cruise line partners.

Future Leadership

Preparing Skilled Professionals & Future Managers

The program is designed to develop not only skilled hospitality professionals but also future supervisors and managers. By combining two years of campus-based education with practical industry experience, students gain the operational knowledge, administrative skills, leadership abilities, and professional attitude needed to pursue career opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cruise ships, both locally and internationally.
