Front Office

The Front Office Program is designed for students who want to develop a professional career in the hospitality and cruise ship industries. This one-year program combines classroom education, practical training, and industry experience to prepare students for the responsibilities of working in guest-facing positions.

First Semester

Campus Education & Practical Skills

During the first semester, students study at campus and learn the fundamental knowledge and skills required in the front office department. The learning process combines theory with hands-on practice, covering guest reception, check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, telephone and email communication, guest relations, handling guest requests, cashiering, and professional hospitality standards.

Professional Competencies

Customer Service & Interpersonal Mastery

Under the guidance of experienced industry professionals, students develop their communication skills, customer service abilities, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and confidence in dealing with guests from different backgrounds. By combining campus-based learning with real industry experience, the program prepares students with the practical skills and professional attitude needed to work in hotels, resorts, and cruise ships.

Second Semester

Industry Training & Practical Exposure

In the second semester, students continue their education through industry training at hotels or other hospitality partners. This allows students to apply their knowledge and practical skills in a real workplace while gaining direct experience in daily front office operations.

Students gain valuable workplace experience and a strong foundation for pursuing career opportunities in the hospitality industry, both locally and internationally.
